When will there be the release? Where is the Source Code?

Post by bjoern » 22.03.2011, 12:45

The manuscript for the first major publication is submitted. The publication will be accompanied by the release of the source code and the first official release version of CmME. It is planned for 2011.

Release Version 2.2.1

The Version 2.2.1 was released together with our JCIM publication on the 23.05.2011.

Just proceed to the

http://Cm2.CELLmicrocosmos.org

page and download the source code or directly install the Webstart application. You will also find there a number of YouTube videos, the documentation, the MembranePackingAlgorithm.jar, etc.

We are currently working on the next minor release 2.2.2 with a few bug fixes and some new features.

Yes, my friend, it was published in 2011. If you would click on the link http://Cm2.CELLmicrocosmos.org - instead of posting your commercial info here - you would have known  (by the way, sorry for removing your spam links!)
