11.1 Future Plans / Known Issues

Here's a list of features that we are planning to implement in the future:

 

• CmME MD Edition, with direct Molecular Dynamics support by using GROMACS
• integration of 3d membrane packing algorithms, e.g. supporting vesicle building
• options to pause running algorithms, serialize their state and to resume them later. Useful for long-time calculations
• better performance for the covalent/van der Waals visualization
